Online registration will open on April 15th

Please register by June 15th - $55 per child

After June 15 - only if space avaliable - $75 per child

U6 - U15 (See birthdate grid listed below)

Check the age division table below and make note of your childs division prior to proceeding to registration

To register on-line, click "Registration" from the menu to the left, then select "Online Registration"

Please use your user ID and password from the previous year. We will email prior members

 with their User ID's and passwords. If you do not have a user ID, read below.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO REGISTER ON-LINE PLEASE COME TO ONE OF THE COMMUNITY SIGN-UPS:

June 1st at Osborn Elementary School from 5:00-7:00 pm

June 2nd at Peshastin-Dryden School from 5:00-7:00 pm

IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU ARE USING THIS SYSTEM AND YOU WANT TO REGISTER A PLAYER, YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A FAMILY MEMBER LOGIN ACCOUNT. ALL MEMBERS OF THE SAME FAMILY WILL USE THIS MAIN ACCOUNT, AFTER CREATING THE MEMBER LOGIN YOU CAN REGISTER EACH PLAYER. IT'S EASY - JUST A FEW STEPS:

STEP 1: Member Login - create an account for your family, remember your username & password (case sensitive) and "submit", if you have forgotten your username or password follow the instructions, supply your phone number or email address and the system will email you your username and password. If your email address has been changed you will need to contact the club to have it updated in the system and then it will send you your info. Email the Club atinfo@leavenworthsoccerclub.org to have your email address updated.

STEP 2: Register Player - choose Registration Category (based on birthdate and gender) for player to be registered; enterParticipant Information; read and agree to the Medical Release; read and agree to thePlayer's Code of Conduct; read and agree to the Parent's Code of Conduct; review summary information (add another player from same family if needed). Read and agree to the Concussion Compliance information.

STEP 3: Payment - choose method of payment (check, charge, debit card), mail check ASAP, to the address shown on the receipt

STEP 4: Mail in Birth Certificate if not already on file, to the address shown on the receipt

Please note: your child is not assigned to a team until payment is received. No player shall be left behind - financial aid is available, if you want to play soccer and can't afford it please contact us for assistance.

YOUR COACH WILL CONTACT YOU IN MID-AUGUST!

NOTE: ALL COACHES MUST REGISTER ON-LINE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE A RISK MANAGEMENT FORM, WHICH IS A BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED BY THE STATE.
